All purchases are considered final sale.


๐ŸŒธ Exchange (Only in Case of Transit Damage)

We offer an exchange only if the item is damaged during transit.

To minimize the risk of damage, we take extra care while packing:

  • Clothing is packed with double-layer protection

  • Jewelry is packed separately in secure boxes with protective layers

Because of this careful packing, transit damage is extremely rare.

If you receive a damaged item, please follow the steps below so we can assist you promptly:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share a clear, continuous unpacking video

  • The video must:

    • Start with the sealed package

    • Clearly show the shipping label

    • Show the item while opening the package

Please note:
Claims reported after 24 hours or without a proper unpacking video may not be eligible for exchange.


๐ŸŒธ What Is Not Considered Damage (Clothing)

The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Minor finishing variations

  • Loose threads

  • Slight stains that can be removed by washing

  • Color differences due to lighting or screen resolution

  • Size or fitting concerns

  • Readymade garment finishing variations

These are common characteristics of readymade and handcrafted clothing.

We do not offer store credit on clothing purchases.

Our collections are limited and readymade. Once an item is sold, it cannot be restocked or resold as new. This allows us to maintain fair pricing and continuously bring fresh designs to our customers.

The following are not considered jewelry damage and are not eligible for exchange, refund, or store credit:

  • Minor stone movement (stones may shift slightly during transit)

  • Small polish marks or natural handmade variations

  • Slight color differences due to lighting or screen settings

  • Normal wear and tear after use

  • Damage occurring after delivery

  • Personal preference or change of mind

Jewelry care is the customerโ€™s responsibility once delivered in good condition.
